This doesn't make sense until you realize the Daily Show host's real name is:
Jonathan Stuart Leibowitz, brother to Larry Leibowitz =
chief operating officer of the New York Stock Exchange.
At one point in time, Stewart bunked up with roommate Anthony Weiner,
who went on to become a U.S. representative for New York's 9th congressional district.

Don't get me wrong, I've been a fan since MTV aired the Jon Stewart Show in 1993,
but of course the man was strictly a comedian at the time, not a political commentator in the slightest.
