Big Brother shadows NYC

Bringing it halfway to its goal of 3,000 big brother surveillance devices in the "city that never sleeps".
They continue to use the excuse of the recent Times Square bomber to warrant the technology.
A Nissan Pathfinder discovered parked in times square containing a 75 lb. gun locker stuffed with:
- simple alarm clocks
- gas
- propane
- firecrackers
&
- fertilizer
A failed plot which in all actuality would have been less of an explosion,
and more of a "shit storm", as the 8 bags of fertilizer it contained were non-explosive.
Fear not, Big Brother is here to save you from nimrod terrorists
who can't even manage to light jumping jacks.

So who owns the devices?
Turns out 400 or so are owned by 14 private businesses such as the NY Fed & Goldman Sachs.
Right.....? Goldman Sachs, the 5th largest bank in the world,
which conveniently sits across from none other than Ground Zero.

Andrew Wartell, a security consultant who was Goldman Sachs rep. on the project
and the banks VP of Global Security from 2004-2008
when comparing it to London's Ring of Steel says:
"They have tons of cameras, but they don't have tons of people watching."
