The experiment involved John Charles Cutler
active chief of the venereal disease program in the U.S. Public Health Service(PHASE),
who was previously involved in the (1932-1970) Tuskegee Syphilis Study,
which infected 399 African-American males from Macon County, Alabama with syphilis to study its effects.
No informed consent took place in either study, so "patients" had no idea they were guinea pigs.
Both studies took place in complete defiance of the Nuremberg Code of Ethics,
which was imposed in the wake of heinous experiments conducted by the Nazi party.
1st and foremost voluntary consent is essential in accordance with the code.
A similar experiment was also conducted on Sing Sing prisoners.
In all studies accurate records were not kept, hundreds are believed to have died.
Scientists denied many treatment and even failed to give many the cure even when it was known and available.
It's my firm belief that these horrendous experiments are the offspring of Eugenics.
Implementing population control to weed out "the fittest" subjects.
Still as relevant today as it was in the beginning of the 20th century,
