Secret Government Handbooks

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has released the
"Investigating Terrorism & Criminal Extremism - Terms & Concepts"

120 pages designed to help criminal justice professionals identify words relating to extremist:
-terminology
-phrases
-activities
-symbols
-organizations
&
-selected names they may encounter in criminal investigations or prosecutions

It defines the word "Constitutionalist" as:
a "generic term for members of the patriot movement".
According to Merriam-Webster "Constitutionalist" is:
a person who adheres to a form of government according to Constitutional principles.

It attempts to criminalize those who use the terms:
-New World Order
-Bilderberg Group
-Trilateral Commission
-Council on Foreign Relations
&
-One World Government
further explaining the terms are used by
"some right-wing extremists" to claim
"white people will be in the minority, with Jewish people ultimately controlling the world"

Similar to George Orwell's ominous novel "Nineteen Eighty-Four",
the government is now using "Newspeak".

The release of this glossary which demonizes Patriots follows last years document released by
the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) entitled:
"Rightwing Extemism"

which begins by stating it is
"one of a series of intelligence assessments" to aid in
the "understanding of the phenomenon of violent radicalization in the US"
the phrase "violent radicalization" is the same term used in
H.R. 1955 - the Violent Radicalization & Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007

The document maintained it was provided to
"effectively deter, prevent, preempt, or respond to terrorist attacks" adding
"Federal efforts to influence domestic public opinion must be conducted in an overt & transparent manner" and warned
"No portion of the LES (Law Enforcement Sensitive info) should be released to the media, general public, or over non-secure internet servers" which could
"jeopardize investigative activities"

It warns federal & local officials:
-to expect "terrorism" in response to planned firearm restrictions
-to be wary of the high volume of gun sales
-equated Americans who stockpile ammo to "rightwing terrorists"
adding it's an indication of involvement in "paramilitary training exercises"
The Irish Times believes the surge in sales of US weapons is due to Americans fears that Obama will restrict ownership.
-it also alleges that issues such as job losses, home foreclosures & a collapsing economy
are "perceived" by rightwing terrorists & exploited to "draw in new recruits"
& further radicalize "those already subscribing to extremist beliefs"
falsely implying that economic crisis holds no merit & is merely exaggerated
despite data which proves otherwise.
-it sites sites Illegal Immigration as an excuse used for a "call to action" & recruitment tool.

In "Key Findings" its admitted that it has
"no specific information that domestic rightwing terrorists are currently planning acts of violence"
a footnote divides "rightwing terrorists" into 2 categories:
1- "adherents that are primarily hate oriented"
(hatred based on particular religious, racial, or ethnic groups)
&
2-those that are mainly anti-government
(albeit anti-federal as opposed to state, or in opposition of both)

The document is mainly used to convince individual police officers that citizens who are opposed to violations of the Constitution are terrorists capable of committing acts of violence.
It also sites opposition to Barack Obama, or immigration as racism.
It uses fear mongering to get its point across referencing such heinous acts of violence as:
-The Oklahoma City Bombing
&
-the Pittsburgh Cop Killer

Both of these documents are similar to a report issued by
the Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) entitled:
"The Modern Militia Movement"

which also indicates it is "unclassified" and "law enforcement sensitive".

This particular report describes those who support Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, & Bob Barr
as "militia" influenced terrorists and instructs Missouri Police to be on the lookout for supporters displaying bumper stickers or other paraphernalia associated with:
-the Constitutional,
-Campaign for Liberty,
&
-Libertarian Parties
It claims a militia movement comprised of "rightwing" members organized in the 1990s in response to the Oklahoma City bombings & Waco.
Stating they "continuously exploit world events in order to increase participation".
It associated the patriot movement with such issues as:
-the Ammunition Accountability Act
-the impending economic collapse
-the possibility of a constitutional convention
-the North American Union
-Obama's "Universal Service Program"
&
-the implementation of RFID
Issues that are not limited to the patriot movement but are shared by various activists.

The document also includes a map of the North American Union not dissimilar to one released by
the North American SuperCorridor Coalition (NASCO)

The MIAC report is similar to a flyer released during the Clinton years by the
Phoenix Federal Bureau of Investigation & the Joint Terrorism Task Force
which explicitly designates "defenders" of the Constitution as "right-wing extremists"

The MIAC report obviously expands significantly on the ideas of the flyer.

In a section titled "You are the Enemy" it insinuates that "extremists"
"view the military, National Guard, & law enforcement as a force that will confiscate their firearms & place them in FEMA concentration camps".

MIAC is part of the federal "fusion" effort.
A collection of agencies which gather and share information related to the prevention of terrorism & response.
As of July 2009 the DHS recognized at least 72 fusion centers.
The ACLU issued a news release in February 2009 in regards to a Texas based fusion center,
stating it was
the "latest example of inappropriate police intelligence operations targeting political, religious, & social activists for investigation"
in particular "Muslim civil rights organizations & anti-war protest groups"

In September of 2008 Missouri sheriffs & prosecutors organized "Truth Squads"
to intimidate people opposed to Obama & threatened to arrest anybody who ran
"misleading TV ads".
Missouri Truth Squad incident reports were even issued to its investigators.
Governor Matt Blunt later denounced their use of "police state tactics".

Basically they write the laws, those who oppose them are criminals. All these documents serve to persuade military & law enforcement officials of just that. What's elemental in protecting the future of this great nation is seeing to it that the face of the enemy is not blurred.
For this reason such organizations as the Oath Keepers exist, show your support!
