Lucy in the Sky

Meet Lucy, a star 50 light years away who rests in the constellation of Centaurus.
(1 lightyear = 5.87 trillion miles)
Astronomers calculated she's a 10-billion trillion trillion carat diamond.
Putting Earths largest diamond, the 546-carat Golden Jubilee, to shame.

It's about the size of the moon, but weighs as much as the sun.
Astronomers named her after the Beatles classic, "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds".
