Targeting the Garden Centers

Talk about counter-productive:

Target will be closing all 262 of its Garden Centers nationwide.
In times like these:
-with prospective food inflation prices rising swiftly
-and conservatively 14.6 million unemployed (documented)
don't we need such outlets now more than ever?
