Debtors Prisons

Soon enough America may be seeing the return of the debtor prison system,
though terminated in 1833
the prisons are seeing a comeback.
Serving hard time for overdue bills,
and the prisons shall see no shortage of inmates as the nations crippling economy
is sure to disrupt peoples bank books.
Some people are reportedly being thrown in for as low as $85.
In most cases you are picked up or sent a subpoena as with any crime,
you see the judge who then usually appoints a bond equivalent to the price of the debt.
Making the court the ultimate collection agency.
